The control system of electric vehicle motors generally consists of electric motors, power converters, sensors and electric vehicle controllers.
The electric vehicle motor control system should select a more appropriate microprocessor system based on the complexity of its control algorithm. For simpler ones, a single-chip microcomputer controller can be used, while for complex ones, a DSP controller can be used. The latest dedicated motor drive chips can meet the motor control needs of some auxiliary systems. For electric vehicle motor controllers, which are generally more complex, DSP processors should be used.
The control circuit mainly includes the following parts: control chip and its driving system, AD sampling system, power module and its driving system, hardware protection system, position detection system, bus support capacitor, etc.
The main power circuit adopts a three-phase inverter full bridge, in which the main power switching device is IG-BT. Under high current and high frequency switching conditions, the stray inductance from the electrolytic capacitor to the power switch module has a greater impact on the energy consumption of the power loop and the peak voltage on the module. Therefore, a laminated busbar substrate is used to minimize the stray inductance of the circuit. It may be small to adapt to the low voltage and high current working characteristics of the control system.
