There is a fault in the speed control handle
When the connecting wire of the speed control knob is faulty, even if the electric vehicle shows that there is electricity, the electric vehicle will not go when the knob is turned. When encountering this kind of failure, the user can use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the signal line and the positive line first. If the internal connection line fails, then replace the connection line. If it cannot be repaired, the entire handle should be replaced.
The controller cable is loose or off
When the red and black wires of the controller become loose or fall off, the electric vehicle will also have electricity but the handle will not go away. In response to this situation, the user needs to find these two wires and then reconnect them.
Motor failure
Because once the motor fails, it will be obviously struggling to run, so when the motor fails, even if the electric vehicle is powered, the handle will not go away. In case of such failure, the user needs to replace it with a new one.
Rusty or corroded battery terminals
When the battery terminal is rusty or corroded, it will cause the electric vehicle to have insufficient power, that is, it can rotate without load, but it does not rotate under load. When encountering this kind of problem, the user should remove the rust or directly replace the battery cable.
Brake lock
When the brakes of an electric vehicle are locked, even if the electric vehicle is powered, the handle will not be rotated. In this case, the user only needs to use a screwdriver to loosen the brake cable.
