First, we use a multimeter to measure and adjust it to 200 volts DC, and measure whether the actual voltage at the charging plug is greater than the battery voltage. The car will not go if the voltage is too low.
The measured voltage is greater than the battery voltage, indicating that it is normal. Next, we remove the rearview mirror and the shell below, find the front and rear brakes, there is a plug on each, first unplug one of the plugs, and then twist the handle to see if the motor will turn , It will turn to indicate that the brake light switch is broken, because the electric vehicle has a brake power-off function, when we hold the brake handle, there is a brake signal to the controller, and the controller will power off the motor when this signal is received. This is when the motor stops rotating.
If the motor still doesn't rotate after unplugging the two brake cables, then we will check the voltage of the steering handle. The steering handle has three wires, one red, one green, and one black. Different models may have different colors. First adjust the multimeter to DC 20V, measure the red wire to see if there is a voltage of 5V, then measure the green signal wire, turn the handle to see if there is a change between 0.8-4.5V, there is no problem with the switch.
Next, measure the controller, and then adjust the multimeter to 200 volts DC, measure the thin red wire and the electric door lock wire on the controller to see if the voltage is the battery voltage, then connect the black meter pen to the battery positive wire and the black meter pen respectively Measure the three phase wires of the motor, and the measured resistance should be the same. If the resistance is infinite, it means that the internal power tube of the controller has broken down and burned. Replace the controller to solve the problem.
If the above measurements are all normal, then we will check the motor. The one with tools is the best. If there is no tool, we can connect the three thick wires of the motor, and then turn the rear wheel. When they are connected, they turn If there is resistance, if there is no resistance, the motor coil is broken
